Our private roads are key to our safe, inviting walkways that wind their way through our beautful community. Thanks to our neighbors and our Road Maintenance Fees (RMFs), our board takes care of the snow plowing, road grading, and road repair. The investment that each neighbor makes in Indian Village is an investment in the neighborhoods future.
Our current fees for 2025 are $275/year.
